Building Learning Societies: Promoting Validation of Non-formal and Informal Learning

This project aims to develop an awareness-raising campaign for the validation of learning outcomes of non-formal and informal learning as a tool to further improve adults’ career perspectives and stimulate their further education and training.

    SOLIDAR in cooperation with La Ligue de l’enseignement, and supported by SOLIDAR Foundation organised a conference entitled ’Achieving validation of learning outcomes - best practices and the way forward’ in the framework of the Building Learning Societies: Promoting validation of non-formal and informal learning project that will take place 14th October 2014 at the European Parliament in Brussels. The conference was hosted by Julie Ward, MEP (UK Labour party, S&D Group).
